The President

Republic of the Philippines

Sir,

       Greetings!

I  am Fideliz Kate Alamani a fourth year/student of Ilocos Sur National High School, Vigan City and a bonafide resident of Manueva, Santa, Ilocos Sur.

I have written you Sir, because I have a big concern of what's happening in our environment especially the cutting of trees in the mountains of Santa, Ilocos Sur. If this bad practice of some people will not be redicated, I am afraid that our place will suffer the tragedy like what the people of Visayas had because of flood. The local Government of Santa, Ilocos Sur is has done all the possible means to stop this activity, but these people are still continuing because of the "padrino system".

I anticipate my thanks for your immediate and favorable action on this matter.

Very truly yours,

Fideliz Kate Alamani
